Our exquisite international fusion food is locally sourced and organically grown where possible. Guests enjoy custom made Nigel Archer Safaris water bottles that can be refilled and re-used on safaris again and again even when our guests return home, in this way we do our bit to reduce our plastic waste and impact on the environment.
